1 General Provisions

8mbat ("we", "platform") is an online betting and casino service provider operating for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 8mbat website, mobile version, and all associated services.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3 Account Registration & Management

Registration Rules

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or fabricated information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Each user may open only one account.
• One member of a household may operate an account from a single device or IP address.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.

Account Security

Updating Your Information

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

8mbat supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Please provide the correct reference number and details when making a deposit — incorrect information may cause delays.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 8mbat reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

8mbat offers new players a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving you a total of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• A time limit applies to completing the wagering requirement — see the promotions page for details.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• 8mbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be voided and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Betting Rules

8mbat offers betting across various categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and card games. The specific rules for each game can be found on the relevant game page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 8mbat reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error.
• If match-fixing or strategic collusion is found, the related bets may be voided and the account may be suspended.

Special Sports Betting Rules

The following applies to bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, the bet outcome will be determined according to specific rules.
• Bets will be settled based on official results — if a result is changed (e.g. on appeal), the bet may also be revised.
• Taking advantage of network delays in live betting is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8mbat. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Multiple Accounts: A person may not create more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Hacking or Cheating: Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain unfair advantage.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account.
• Minor Access: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to access the platform.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Abusive Behavior: Behaving in an offensive manner toward support staff or other players.

12 Account Closure & Termination

8mbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• No activity on the account for an extended period.
